Welcome to ink714. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and ink714 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the ink714 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the ink714 platform and refrain from creating an account or placing any wagers. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any real-money wagering activity on ink714. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify your age. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the legal age will be immediately suspended and funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account or place any wager on ink714. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. ink714 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within 72 hours of request will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
ink714 services are intended exclusively for residents of Indonesia. By using the platform, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and each time you place a wager. Accounts created from IP addresses outside Indonesia may be subject to additional verification and potential restriction.
You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order from using online gambling services. You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in certain jurisdictions, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ink714 complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.
The following categories of individuals are prohibited from creating an account or using ink714 services:
To use ink714 services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You may be required to create a unique username and strong password.
Each Player is permitted one (1) Account only. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts registered under false names, or allowing third parties to access your Account is strictly prohibited. ink714 employs automated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Violation of this rule will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds and winnings.
ink714 is committed to compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. Upon registration or prior to your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP preferred) and, in certain cases, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months). Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the request may be suspended until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You agree to notify ink714 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. ink714 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. You must not share your Account with any other person or allow any other person to place wagers using your Account.
ink714 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banks and e-wallets: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Player tier; standard accounts have a maximum single deposit of Rp 100.000.000. VIP players may request higher limits by contacting customer support.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes of confirmation by your bank or e-wallet provider. During periods of high transaction volume or bank maintenance windows, processing may take up to 30 minutes. ink714 does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees.
If a deposit fails due to insufficient funds, incorrect payment details, or payment provider rejection, the funds will be returned to your originating account within 3-7 business days. ink714 is not responsible for fees imposed by your financial institution for failed transactions.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account has been fully verified through the KYC process; (b) your Account Balance exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold of Rp 100.000; (c) all bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied; (d) there are no pending investigations or disputes related to your Account.
Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet from which you made your most recent deposit. ink714 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 3 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Withdrawals requested outside of normal hours (between 02:00 and 06:00 WIB) may experience slight delays. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding Rp 50.000.000 may be subject to additional verification and may take up to 24 hours.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 100.000.000 for standard accounts. Daily withdrawal limits are Rp 300.000.000 for standard accounts and higher for VIP tiers (Silver: Rp 500.000.000, Gold: unlimited).
In compliance with AML regulations, ink714 requires that deposits be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Deposits withdrawn without any wagering activity will be subject to a 5% administrative fee. ink714 reserves the right to request additional documentation or decline withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.
ink714 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP-exclusive promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published on the promotions page at the time of the offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, typically ranging from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagers placed on games with different contribution percentages (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%) will count proportionally toward meeting the requirement.
ink714 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated betting patterns across accounts, and exploiting technical errors. Any Player found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and Account permanently closed.
Unclaimed bonuses expire 7 days after being credited to your Account. Active bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements expire 30 days after activation unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
All wagers are final once confirmed. ink714 does not accept cancellation requests after a wager has been placed, except in cases of obvious technical error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to system malfunction). ink714 reserves the right to void wagers if there is evidence of technical error, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.
All sports wagers are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing sports authority (e.g., FIFA for football, FIA for MotoGP, BWF for badminton). Wagers on abandoned, postponed, or canceled events will typically be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. Specific sport-by-sport rules are available in the ink714 Sports Betting Rules document.
All live casino games are streamed from licensed studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other certified providers. Game outcomes are determined by physical dealers and equipment (cards, roulette wheels) under continuous video surveillance. RNG (random number generator) games are independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories.
Togel results are determined by official draws conducted by licensed operators and published on the ink714 platform within minutes of the draw. All togel wagers must be placed before the official draw start time; late wagers will be rejected. ink714 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through their Account settings. Players may also request temporary self-exclusion (cooling-off period of 24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

ink714 strives to provide continuous service availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. ink714 will not be liable for any loss arising from service interruptions.
ink714 relies on third-party providers for odds data, live streaming, game content, and payment processing. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures originating from third-party providers. ink714 reserves the right to void wagers or adjust settlements if third-party data is found to be incorrect.
In no event shall ink714's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the platform exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the 12 months preceding the claim. ink714 will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
ink714 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of your Account Balance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ink714 operates. To the extent permissible, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation.
If you have a dispute with ink714, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may initiate arbitration proceedings. Arbitration decisions are final and binding.
